Florida group put state on good list for once

Some good news after the sunshine state comes right before 2014: its very own Campbell Foundation is the only Florida group on a list of the 69 top philanthropic funders for HIV/AIDS in the country.

Diabetes drug safe for HIV patients, study finds

Funded in part by The Campbell Foundation, a new study by researchers at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis has shown that a diabetes drug appears to be safe in HIV-infected patients and does not adversely affect their immune systems.
