How to submit a grant proposal

All grant proposals being submitted to The Campbell Foundation must include the following:

 

  • The legal name, address, telephone number and email address of the organization and the name of a representative who can be contacted directly.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PDF to download Conflict of Interest Form

  • The name and contact information of the principal investigator

  • Project title

  • An abstract of research plan written in lay language

  • One-sentence description of intended research

  • Technical narrative of the intended research

  • A copy of the principal investigator's Curriculum Vitae or BioSketch and a summary of previous HIV/AIDS projects in which you have been involved. Please include BioSketches for all collaborators

  • Project budget (one-year only) – detailed budget and justification of how the requested funds would be spent by category

  • The specific amount being requested from The Campbell Foundation

  • Other sources of funding, if joint. List of other sources of funding for this project (including funds received and funds under consideration)

  • A copy of the most recent letter of exemption from Federal Income Tax under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code

  • Disposition of research results and information-sharing intent

  • One electronic version of the complete grant proposal and all related CV's emailed to ken@campbellfoundation.net. Please attach one PDF file of the grant itself and another for all CV's/BioSketches
